By placing an order with postcards, you confirm that you own or have the right to use all photos and content you upload, and that none of it infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights. Orders are custom-manufactured once confirmed and payment is received; production begins only after you approve the final preview. Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or printing schedules. We reserve the right to decline any order that violates these Terms or contains unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and designs — is the property of postcards and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. 3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the content and photos you submit. By submitting content, you warrant that you hold all necessary rights and consents. postcards will not be held liable for any intellectual property disputes arising from user-submitted content.
4. Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only upon successful payment. We will send an order confirmation to the email address provided. Pricing is in Indian Rupees (INR) and is subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the price agreed upon at checkout.
5. Limitation of Liability
postcards' liability, in any event, is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
Return & Refund Policy
Because every photobook is custom-printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference once production has commenced.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially different from your approved preview, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a reprint at no additional cost or issue a full refund, at our discretion.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order for a full refund only before the final design preview has been approved and sent to print. Once production has begun, cancellations are not accepted.
Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-printed photobooks, magazines, and personalised print products are non-returnable once produced, except in the case of defect or error on our part.
Privacy Policy
We collect the details you provide at checkout — including your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and the photos you upload — solely for the purpose of producing, shipping, and communicating with you about your order.
Data Usage:
Your personal information and uploaded photos are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your order (e.g., printing or courier partners). We do not use your data for advertising purposes without your explicit consent.
Payment Data:
All payment transactions are processed securely through Razorpay. postcards does not store or have access to your full card details. Please refer to Razorpay's Privacy Policy for information on how payment data is handled.
Cookies:
This site uses essential cookies to maintain your cart and session. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used without your consent.
Data Retention & Deletion:
We retain order-related data for a minimum of 3 years for legal and accounting compliance. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@yourpostcards.com. We will comply within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.

Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after your final design approval. Custom or complex orders may take up to 7 business days.
Delivery Timeline:
Standard delivery across India typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. Express delivery options may be available at an additional charge — contact us for details.
Shipping Charges:
A flat shipping fee of ₹99 is applied to all orders. Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value during promotional periods.
Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
International Shipping:
At this time, we primarily ship within India. For international orders, please contact us directly.
